Updated! – The Canadian & North American Tours – HQ Additions Added!

Hello everyone! If you’ve been browsing the gallery the last few weeks, you may have noticed that I’ve finally updated the gallery with high quality additions from the Canadian and North American Tours the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge did shortly after their marriage. Over 5,000 new images have been added, with maybe a few still missing give or take, that will be added as soon as they become available to us. The tours now also have their own category and are newly organized to hopefully make browsing a little easier. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to comment on this post or tweet us! We are also working on a new set up for the gallery, so if things look incomplete that is the reason. I hope all of you enjoy the new pictures and the new set up! Today, (March 7, 2016) we all got a treat as official portraits of Catherine, The Duchess of Cambridge and her husband Prince William released photos of their private skiing holiday with their two children Prince George and Princess Charlotte to share with the rest of the world.

Kensington Palace spokesman said: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share new photographs of their family. The images show Their Royal Highnesses enjoying a short skiing holiday with their children in the French Alps. This was their first holiday as a family of four and the first time either of the children had played in the snow. It was very special and fun short holiday for the family, and they are grateful that [photographer] John Stillwell was able to capture the moment so well. The Duke and Duchess hope people enjoy the photos.”

Official Site — The Duchess of Cambridge has become Patron of the Anna Freud Centre.

The Anna Freud Centre is a children’s mental health charity, which is working to reduce the burden of mental health difficulties of children and young people. It provides a range of clinical services, specialist teaching and training for practitioners and pursues a programme of cutting edge research.

The patronage reflects Her Royal Highness’s continued personal interest in children’s mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Peter Fonagy, Chief Executive of the Anna Freud Centre, said: “I am honoured that The Duchess of Cambridge has chosen to become a Patron of the Anna Freud Centre. I’m particularly proud because I have come to recognise just how knowledgeable she is in relation to what is a complex and difficult issue that so few people genuinely understand.”

He added: “It is my hope that her future work in this field will serve as a catalyst for all and that we are able to achieve the quality of care that children and their families so richly deserve.”

Official Site — Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will visit India in the spring of 2016.

The visit is being undertaken at the request of Her Majesty’s Government and will be the first time The Duke and Duchess have visited the country.

Full details will be confirmed early next year.
