August 24 – The Duke And Duchess Of Cambridge Visit Luton

In their first joint engagement in a month, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent the day in Luton, Bedfordshire visiting a number of organizations supporting their interests in mental health and hospice care. Their first visit of the day was to Youthscape at Bute Mills to tour the facility and learn about Youthscape’s work, they then met with staff and heard stories from individuals who are receiving support form Youthscape. Their second stop of the day was to Keech Hospice Care. Their Royal Highnesses met with staff, volunteers, patients and families who are currently receiving the free support. During their visit the pair revealed a plaque and cut a cake to mark the hospices twenty-fifth anniversary. In their final visit of the day to Hayward Tyler the pair helped open the newly built Centre of Excellence, The Duke and Duchess also presented the company with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. Hayward Tyler is a company that designs, manufactures, and services fluid-filled electric motors and pumps for high-pressure, high-temperature applications and environments across the global energy sector (HaywardTyker.Com).

Outfit Details: Catherine repeated the LK Bennett ‘Lasa’ poppy print dress she first wore in 2014 in Australia. Catherine finished off her look with her LK Bennett ‘Fern’ pumps and ‘Nina’ clutch.

Kensington Palace Reveals The Duke & Duchess’s Canada Tour Schedule

Kensington Palace has revealed the schedule for The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s fall tour of Canada. The tour is set to kick off September 24, 2016 in Victoria, British Columbia. The couple will spend a week touring various locations. It still hasn’t been confirmed if Prince George and Princess Charlotte will be attending, but all signs point toward the children are expected to travel with their parents. More detailed information will of course be released as the tour nears.

The Duke And Duchess Will Visit Canada This Fall

Royal.uk — The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will visit Canada in autumn.

Their Royal Highnesses have been invited to visit by the Government of Canada. They will visit British Columbia and the territory of Yukon as part of their tour.

A spokesman for Kensington Palace said:

“The Duke and Duchess are delighted to be returning to Canada. They hold very happy memories from their visit in 2011 – their first overseas tour as a married couple. They arereally looking forward to seeing other parts of this beautiful country and having the opportunity to meet many more Canadians along the way.”

His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, said:

“Sharon and I will be delighted to welcome Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to Canada. Their Royal Tour will take them to the beautiful province of British Columbia and the scenic territory of Yukon. Once again, our true Canadian pride and spirit will shine and be at the very heart of this visit so they can feel at home.”

Further details on the exact dates and itinerary will be issued in due course.

The Royal Tour will be coordinated by the Department of Canadian Heritage.

This will be the Duke and Duchess’s second visit to Canada together. Their first Royal Tour was between 30 June and 8 July 2011 when they visited Canada’s Capital Region, Montréal, Québec City, Charlottetown, Summerside, Yellowknife, Slave Lake and Calgary.

“This Royal Tour, the second undertaken by Their Royal Highnesses to Canada, also presents a unique opportunity for Canadians of all backgrounds to meet with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and learn more about our heritage, traditions, and institutions.

“Our government looks forward to providing Canadians with further details closer to the beginning of the Royal Tour.”

On (July 24, 2016) The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended The America’s Cup World Series at the Race Village in Portsmouth, England. The pair were on hand to cheer on the Land Rover BAR (Ben Ainslie Racing) team as well as visit the facilities and meet team members, support staff, and children taking part in the Trust Program, in which Catherine is Patron of the 1851 Trust. His Royal Highness Prince George celebrated his third birthday on July 22, 2016. To celebrate his birthday Kensington Palace released these beautiful photos along with a statement that said:

Today July 8, 2016, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with their son Prince George who made a surprise appearance in his first official engagement in the UK, attended the The Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire. The Air Tattoo is the the world’s largest military airshow and is held annually in support of the RAF Charitable Trust. The show included celebrations to mark 75th anniversary of RAF Air Cadets, in which The Duchess is Honorary Air Commandant. While at the event the Duke and Duchess met with Air Cadets and toured the aircrafts. I have added 500+ high quality photos to the gallery. Enjoy!
